At Weston opticians we understand the importance of having good vision which is why caring for your eyes is so important to us.

An Eye Examination can enable us to detect early eye conditions such as Glaucoma and Cataracts as well as allowing us to potentially pick up underlying health problems like Diabetes and High Blood Pressure.

During your eye examination we will

• Check your sight
• Check your ocular health
• Check your eye pressure
• Check your field of vision
• Conduct other tests that are specific to your needs

An eye examination is recommended at least every two years but more frequently

• For children under the age of 16
•  For people over the age of 70
•  If you are suffering from Diabetes or Glaucoma
• For people who may have changes in their eyes that need to be monitored
• For people who have a family history of Glaucoma or other eye diseases
• If you are experiencing changes in your vision or have pain and/or discomfort in the eyes
• Or if you have any eye pathology like Cataracts
